The Plate showing is located adjacent to the lower reaches of Tasse Creek near its confluence with Quesnel Lake. Tasse Creek flows into Quesnel Lake on its north shore immediately west of the north arm of the lake. The property is accessible by water from Quesnel Lake or by a new logging road (ca. 1981) which passes close to the northern boundary of the claim group.

The Plate showing consists of a quartz vein in metamorphosed sediments of the Upper Proterozoic-Paleozoic Snowshoe Group. Rock sample TS-R-1 from pyritic quartz veins hosted within quartz biotite gneiss analysed 6.4 grams per tonne silver (Assessment Report 10177).

The Plate claims were staked in 1980 during a flurry of activity arising from the 1980 rise in the price of gold. In 1981, prospecting and sampling was conducted on behalf of owner R. Wellburn.
